3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use our services to:

6. Premium Membership
Premium membership is a paid subscription for platonic community tools: who viewed your profile, friendship hellos, private messages with friends and activity partners, ad-free use, and priority placement of your card. Subscription terms:
- Current rate: $19.99/month
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through our secure payment processor
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Access to premium features ends when your subscription ends
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your premium membership. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your premium membership within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
- How to Request: Email support@muslimsaftermidnight.com with your account details and reason for refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
